Purchase was fine. Delivery was also as expected althought the pick up felt rushed as it was New Years Eve. An aftersales service doesn't exist and I've contacted the showroom numerous times with a couple of queries but haven't had a response.

I agreed to swap My X1 car from BMW on the basis that I would get the same spec care and my PCP would stay at the same rate. However my new X1 when delivered has not been fitted with the same spec, also BMW have moved to stealth add on subscription

It was good, however I disagree with the fact I needed to pay £10 for the rental car. I literally needed it to get back home and then back to the service. The person who does lifts was on annual leave, respectfully, not my fault?

Sunroof outer glass shattered spontaneously. Confirmed by garage to BMW corporate in emails I have there was no impact damage. Refused to replace under warranty or as goodwill. Them covered up damage with tape preventing independent technical asses

Overall, a very good experience. After dropping off my car at 8.30am it was eventually serviced at 12.00pm. So, perhaps better communication between the Peterborough and Stamford branches regarding the timing for drop off and expected finish time.

The courtesy car was not booked as promised which meant I had to wait for the service and MOT to be completed. Not a major problem but three hours out of my day. Overall service was just brake fluid and MOT £309 is expensive.

The details of what needed going to turbo waste gate were available remotely and yet, despite having explained the problem confirmed by BMW Yeovil, neither time nor parts were scheduled in originally. We therefore had to bring the car back.
